The Alexander Technique helps you use and direct the optimal amount of effort for any task, giving you more energy for all your activities. In the process, you develop a greater mental and physical awareness, allowing you to take on new activities, as well as old ones, with greater ease, freedom and control. Dressed in comfortable clothing, you are guided through a series of simple, everyday movements. Becoming aware of and changing the habits that interfere with these simple activities builds a foundation for tackling more complex problems.

After a series of lessons, your internal feedback system becomes more accurate so trouble can be avoided before pain sets in or performance is hindered.

You will gain a new-found and immensely practical skill in stopping destructive patterns of behavior that interfere with how you move, learn and respond to your environment.
